Students
Once per session, you can introduce a student whom you've had all along. Mark them as a +1 Asset. Give them a specialty (something even you can learn from) and a weakness (they just never know what went wrong!).
When you successfully Dominate the Room, Befriend the Strange, or Work Together, you can recruit a student.
Teachable Moment
You can summon a student to help with any Move. If their specialty is relevant, you get their bonus as an Asset. Either way, it may help or hurt the student.
7+: They advance. A +1 Asset becomes a +2. A +2 Asset graduates and stops being an Asset.
6-: They get hurt (physically / mentally / socially) and are not available as an Asset while recovering.
Hard Lesson
When you successfully Sabotage someone, you may give them an Asset representing training / wisdom / knowledge you imparted.
